Heinz J. Brisske, an Illinois estate planning and probate attorney providing legal services for living trusts, powers of attorney, asset management and protection and estate administrationThe law firm of HUCK & BRISSKE limits its practice to two areas of law: Estate Planning and Estate and Trust Administration. A partner of the firm sees every client who comes to our office, regardless of the size of estate or magnitude of the issues involved. Kevin Huck and Heinz Brisske are seasoned attorneys, with combined legal experience exceeding 55 years.

At HUCK & BRISSKE, we believe in value-based planning. The process of planning your estate involves far more than simply preparing documents that transfer you assets at death. Your estate plan should reflect your values. The disposition of your assets and your estate planning documents should be consistent with those values so that they are carried on by your children or other beneficiaries, including charitable organizations or foundations.

As a firm, our most valuable asset is the relationship we have with each of our clients. We have developed thousands of client relationships during our years in practice. The pursuit of excellence in attaining our clients' value-based objectives is our primary goal. We work hard to earn, and keep, our clients' trust. To that end, we do our best to deliver quality legal services on a timely basis.

We have also become acquainted with, and developed relationships with, various professional men and women who work in the estate planning and administration arena. These professionals include accountants, financial planners, life insurance agents, stock brokers, appraisers, trust officers, personal bankers, and others. We firmly believe that our clients' needs are best served through a team approach, drawing upon the expertise of a variety of advisors. Many of our clients have strong and satisfying ties to their own advisors, and we are happy to work with those that are already in place. We recognize that, through past dealings with our clients, these independent advisors bring knowledge and information to bear of which we may not be aware, and their areas of expertise can help us shape an appropriate plan for the client. For those of our clients who do not have their own advisors already in place, we are able to refer them to professionals with whom we have worked in the past, and in whom we have trust and confidence. Together, we are able to provide a broad, and comprehensive, estate plan or to provide for the efficient administration of the client's trust or estate.
