Client-Centered, Relationship-Based

History

The building in which the law firm of HUCK & BRISSKE, LLC is housed has never been used for any business other than the practice of law. It was constructed in 1975 by Allen S. Greene, a general practice attorney of long standing and high repute in Wheaton. In 1978, the law firm of Murphy, Jones & Brisske, of Lombard, Illinois, merged with the law office of Allen Greene to form the firm of Greene, Murphy, Jones & Brisske for the general practice of law. Over the years, and through various personnel changes, the firm came to be known as Greene, Jones & Brisske. Its primary practice was in personal injury and general litigation, matrimonial law, real estate, and estate planning and administration. Allen Greene retired from the practice of law in 1996, and is enjoying his retirement in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Kevin Huck and Heinz Brisske established the firm of HUCK & BRISSKE, LLC on May 1, 1999. The firm was the result of a merger of two prior firms, Huck & Sullivan and Greene, Jones & Brisske, both of Wheaton. Both Kevin Huck and Heinz Brisske had, individually, established law practices that were concentrated exclusively in the area of estate planning within their respective firms, and the pooling of their talents in their new firm gave them the opportunity to offer a much higher level of planning than they could individually.

The law firm of HUCK & BRISSKE, LLC has adopted a FAMILY LEGACY PLANNING™ model, and practices exclusively in the areas of Wealth Transfer and Estate Planning, Special Needs Planning and Guardianships, Elder Law and VA Pension Planning, and Probate and Trust Administration.
